Message from the CEO

To Our Valued Employees,
Welcome to C2G! We are thrilled to have each of you join our company, and are tremendously excited at the prospect of working with each of you in the days and weeks to come, learning more about your individual experience, capabilities, and goals.
As we move forward with our Transition Phase, we’d be remiss if we did not acknowledge the impacts of COVID-19 in terms of shaping our approach to Transition that ensures the health and safety of all our employees.
As we navigate these unprecedented times, we at C2G understand that “normal” business operations have evolved to ensure the safety and well being of our employees. Under normal circumstances, our Phase-In would be conducted in-person, and would allow for each of you a face-to-face (re: in-person) opportunity to meet with our Leadership Team.
Going forward, our Phase-In will be entirely conducted remotely. Meaning, there will be no direct physical contact or in-person interactions during the next few weeks. Rather, all communications and meetings will take place via electronic means.
It is our promise at C2G to provide you with the same level of detail, support, and information you would receive under traditional circumstances. All of your questions will be promptly answered by our experienced staff, and we will be available to have individual discussions with each of you as required.
At C2G, we truly believe our strength lies in the depth of experience and capabilities resident within our staff. It is our People who provide our company with the fuel required to drive innovation and excellence for our customers. We take the welfare and safety of our staff seriously—and are therefore committed to making every accommodation necessary to ensure this Phase-In is as safe and seamless as possible.
Fundamentally, we are committed to the following principles that govern our approach to Phase-In:
- Maintaining current compensation levels (no salary reductions for any of the transitioning staff)
- Recognizing seniority for previous service and crediting years of service (for PTO and other benefits)
- A robust, and highly comprehensive benefit package that is comparable or superior to your current benefits)
As CEO, I want each of you to feel comfortable reaching out to myself personally if you have any immediate concerns of questions. Our goal is to make this transition as simple and smooth as possible—if there are ways we can improve, please let either myself of our Team know. We look forward to meeting, chatting, and getting to know each of you much better in the days to come!
